Terms & Conditions
Your Booking Confirmation Email will outline all items ordered, cost and payment details. All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date that the Booking Confirmation email is sent. Prices stated within a Booking Confirmation email will be the most recent pricing for Tina’s Bloom Boutique at the time of sending. If 14 days has passed since the Booking Confirmation email was sent, prices may increase to be in line with the most up to date Price List.
Deposit payments secure your booking and wedding date, and are therefore non-refundable after a certain date. By paying a deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- If you cancel over 12 months of your wedding date, you will receive 50% refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel under 12 months of your wedding date, no refund can be applied.
If you need to cancel services, please discuss this with Tina as soon as possible.
Full payment is required to be made 12 weeks before your wedding date. If you miss your payment deadline (outlined in your Booking Confirmation email) your order is not guaranteed. If you foresee an issue in meeting your deadline, please contact Tina as soon as possible. Please note, final design details and decisions must be communicated to Tina by your 12 week date as this is the information that will be used to create your arrangements. Any changes to design, colours etc should be communicated as soon as possible, in some circumstances it may be possible to change after the 12 week date but this can not be guaranteed.
Your flowers will be made once full payment has been received. Photos of your flowers will be sent once made and before posting. Please note, amendments will incur an additional charge. You will receive your flowers 2-4 weeks before your wedding date but please allow for postage time and in-season time frames. Please message Tina for any questions.
